Wholesale Purchased power adjustments to begin on electric bills in September 2005 |
| The retail electricity rates have remained unchanged since 2003, while rates from our wholesale power suppliers have increased . These increases are due to conditions beyond our control. Because of these increases, we must apply a purchased power adjustment to the energy you use and purchase from us. This purchased power adjustment clause is intended to pass through changes in wholesale power costs only. A similar rate adjustment method was used from 1989 through 1999 to reflect wholesale power cost variations. The first adjustment will begin with the bills mailed September 15, 2005. It will be applied in addition to the regular energy charge per kilowatt hour (kWh). It will apply to energy used for all customer rate classes. The adjustment factor will be printed on your bill on the left hand side below your name and address. |

provide quality of drinking water reports on an annual basis. These reports are published
in June for the preceding year, with the 2004 report being the most recent report available. The 2005 report will be available in June of 2006.
