Residential Appliance & Heating/Cooling Rebate
Rebate programs for refrigerators, freezers, clothes washers, dishwashers, electric water heaters, room & central air conditioners & air source heat pumps are available to our residential customers. You save two ways: First, with a rebate from us to help reduce your initial cost and second, with lower operating costs throughout the life of the appliance or heating/cooling equipment.

Commercial Lighting Rebate
This program provides monetary incentives for commercial electric customers of the East Grand Forks Water and Light Department to upgrade the lighting in their facility to more energy efficient fixtures.

Commercial Weatherization Rebate
This program provides monetary incentives for commercial electric customers of the East Grand Forks Water and Light Department to perform conservation measures that will improve the energy efficiency of their existing facility and reduce energy use.

Multi Unit Weatherization and Insulation Rebate
This program is available to all multi unit owners where the building to be weatherized receives electric service from the East Grand Forks Water and Light Department.

Residential Weatherization and Insulation Rebate
This Residential Weatherization & Insulation Rebate Program provides up to $500.00 in rebates for residential electric customers of the East Grand Forks Water and Light Department (Department) to install conservation measures that will improve the energy efficiency of their home.

Compact Fluorescent Light Bulb Rebate
This CFL Rebate program provides a 50% rebate on the cost of purchasing compact fluorescent light bulbs to customers of East Grand Forks Water and Light up to a total of $50.

Central A-C Tune-up Rebate
East Grand Forks Water and Light encourages you to conserve energy by participating in our Central A/C Tune-Up Rebate Program. You can keep costs down and earn rebates when you have a qualifying Central A/C Tune- Up performed by a licensed and insured heating/cooling contractor.
NOTICE – THE TECHNICIAN MUST FILL OUT AND SIGN THE APPLICATION, SO HAVE THE APPLICATION AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF TUNE-UP.

Motor Efficiency Rebate
East Grand Forks Water and Light encourages you to conserve energy by participating in our Motor Efficiency Rebate Program. You can keep costs down and earn rebates when you purchase a new efficient motor from 1 hp – 500 hp.
