It was moved by Commissioner Gregoire second by Commissioner Quirk to decline to sign the Notice of Interest in subscribing to CAPX 2020 investment.

Voting Nay:  None

It was moved by Commissioner Gregoire second by Commissioner Quirk that the meeting be adjourned to November 7, 2006 at 5:00 P.M.
