It was moved by Commissioner Quirk second by Commissioner Gregoire that the bills and payroll be allowed as recommended and the Secretary issue checks for the same.

It was moved by Commissioner Quirk second by Commissioner Gregoire to authorize Floan-Sanders to prepare plans and specifications for additional water main replacement on the Highway 220 North frontage road. The engineers are directed to add this work to the open contract for the 2006 watermain replacement, as extenuating circumstances have made it necessary to complete the work this year.

It was moved by Commissioner Gregoire second by Commissioner Quirk to approve the Automatic Meter Reading Request for Proposal and authorize staff to distribute it for responses.
