Minutes of a closed meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota held May 30, 2006 at 5:00 P.M. for the purpose of mediation with the Teamster‘s Local 116.

Mediator Janet Johnson led the meeting.

Others in attendance were Donny Walz –Teamster’s Representative, Corey Thompson – Union Steward, Randy Rapacz – Union Member, Ron Galstad – City Attorney, Dan Boyce – General Manager, Bonnie Abel – Secretary to the Commission, and the following Commission members: Marilynn Ogden, Doug Gregoire, Mike Quirk, Clarence Vetter.

Mediator Janet Johnson adjourned the meeting at 7:30 P.M.
