Minutes of a closed meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota held May 16, 2006 at 6:55 P.M.

Present were Marilynn Ogden, Doug Gregoire, Mike Quirk, Clarence Vetter, Ron Galstad, Dan Boyce and Bonnie Abel.

Negotiation strategies were discussed.

At 7:30 P.M. it was moved by Commissioner Quirk second by Commissioner Gregoire that the meeting be adjourned to a special meeting on May 22 at 7:00 A.M.
