Minutes of a special meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota held May 9, 2006 at 5:00 P.M.

Present were Marilynn Ogden, Doug Gregoire, Mike Quirk, Clarence Vetter, Dan Boyce, Bonnie Abel, Donny Walz and Corey Thompson.

Negotiations for the Teamsters were discussed.

At  6:35 P.M. it was moved by Commissioner Quirk second by Commissioner Gregoire that the meeting be adjourned to the next regular meeting on May 16, 2006 at 5:00 P.M.

Voting Nay:  None
