Minutes of a closed meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota held May 2, 2006 at 6:40 P.M.

Present were Marilynn Ogden, Doug Gregoire, Mike Quirk, Clarence Vetter, Ron Galstad, Dan Boyce and Bonnie Abel.

Teamster negotiation strategies were discussed.

At 7:00 P.M. Ron Galstad and Clarence Vetter exited the meeting.

At 7:20 P.M. it was moved by Commissioner Quirk second by Commissioner Gregoire that the meeting be adjourned to May 9 at 5:00 P.M. for negotiations with the teamsters.
