Minutes of a special meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota held April 20, 2006 at 5:00 P.M.

Present were Marilynn Ogden, Doug Gregoire, Mike Quirk, Clarence Vetter, Dan Boyce, Bonnie Abel, Donny Walz and Corey Thompson.

Teamster negotiations were discussed.

At  7:30 P.M. it was moved by Commissioner Gregoire second by Commissioner Quirk that the meeting be adjourned to the next regular meeting on May 2, 2006

at 5:00 P.M.

Voting Nay:  None
