Minutes of a closed meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota held April 18, 2006 at 7:00 P.M.

Present were Marilynn Ogden, Doug Gregoire, Mike Quirk, Dan Boyce and Bonnie Abel.

The Commission’s proposal to the Teamster’s was discussed.

It was moved by Commissioner Gregoire second by Commissioner Quirk that the meeting be adjourned to April 20, 2006 at 5:00 P.M. for a meeting in the City Hall training room with the Teamster’s to discuss contract negotiations.
