Minutes of a closed meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks,

Minnesota held April 4, 2006 at 6:07 P.M.

Those in attendance were: Marilynn Ogden, Doug Gregoire, Clarence Vetter, Ron Galstad, Dan Boyce, and Bonnie Abel.

The Commission’s response to the Teamster’s proposal was distributed. The Commission approved the draft and directed the staff to forward it on to the Teamster’s.

At 6:15 P.M. it was moved by Commissioner Gregoire second by Commissioner Vetter that the meeting be adjourned to the next regular meeting on April 18, 2006 at 5:00 P.M.
