Minutes of a closed meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks,

Minnesota held March 21, 2006 at 6:10 P.M.

Present: Marilynn Ogden, Doug Gregoire, Mike Quirk, Clarence Vetter, Dan Boyce, Ron Galstad and Bonnie Abel.

Negotiation strategies for the Union employee’s contract were discussed.

Ron Galstad and Clarence Vetter left the meeting at 7:00 P.M.

At 7:45 P.M. it was moved by Commissioner Quirk second by Commissioner Ogden that the meeting be adjourned to the next regular meeting on April 4, 2006 at 5:00 P.M.
