Minutes of a closed meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota held February  21, 2006 at 5:50 P.M.

Present:  Ogden, Gregoire, Quirk, Vetter

Absent :  None

Also in attendance were Dan Boyce - General Manager, Ron Galstad - City Attorney, and Bonnie Abel - Secretary to the Commission.

Union wage negotiations were discussed.

At  7:00 P.M. it was moved by Commissioner Vetter second by Commissioner Quirk that the meeting be adjourned to the next regular meeting on March 7, 2006 at 5:00 P.M.
