A CORRECTION to the minutes of November 1, 2005 is as follows:

It was moved by Commissioner Gregoire second by Commissioner Ogden to delegate to Dan Boyce, General Manager, the authority to negotiate with Grand Forks on a purchase price for the Grand Forks Red River Intake Building.

Minutes of a special meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota held January 11, 2006 at 5:30 P.M.

Present: Ogden, Gregoire, Quirk

Absent : Vetter


A special meeting was held for Step 2 of the grievance process. In this step, the Union presents the grievance information to the Water and Light Commission.

The Union presented their information on the grievance to convert holiday pay to comp time to the Water & Light Commission. The Commission agreed to approve the conversion of holiday pay to comp time and the grievance was dropped.
