Minutes of a special meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota held January 6, 2006 at 6:00 P.M.

Present:  Ogden, Gregoire, Quirk, Vetter

Absent :  None

It was moved by Commissioner Vetter second by Commissioner Gregoire to accept the recommendation of the City Council to approve the request to switch from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota to Medica Insurance for the contract period of February 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006.

It was moved by Commissioner Vetter second by Commissioner Quirk that the meeting be adjourned to the closed meeting on January 11, 2006 at 5:00 P.M.
