A closed meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota was held December 28, 2004 at 5:00 P.M.

Present: Gregoire, Quirk, Ogden, Vetter

Absent : None

Wage negotiations for union, non-union/non-department head, department head and general manager were discussed. The Commission recommended approving the contract, memorandums of understanding and wage schedules for the above mentioned groups at the next regular meeting.

It was moved by Commissioner Quirk second by Commissioner Ogden that the meeting be adjourned to January 4, 2005 at 5:00 P.M.
