A closed meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota was held December 20, 2004 at 5:00 P.M.

Those attending were Doug Gregoire, Mike Quirk, Marilynn Ogden, Clarence Vetter, Ron Galstad, Dan Boyce and Bonnie Abel.

Union wage negotiation strategy was discussed and at 6:00 P.M. the meeting was adjourned to a special meeting with the union representatives.

Present at the special meeting were: Doug Gregoire, Mike Quirk, Marilynn Ogden, Clarence Vetter, Ron Galstad, Dan Boyce, Donny Walz, Corey Thompson, Bill Sandsmark and Bonnie Abel.

Discussion ensued regarding wage negotiations.

At 7:06 P.M. it was moved by Commissioner Ogden second by Commissioner Quirk that the meeting be adjourned to December 21, 2004 at 5:00 P.M.
