A closed meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota was held December 13, 2004 at 5:00 P.M.

Those attending were Doug Gregoire, Marilynn Ogden, Dan Boyce and Bonnie Abel.

Union wage negotiation strategy was discussed and then the meeting was adjourned to a special meeting with the union representatives.

Present at the special meeting were: Doug Gregoire, Mike Quirk, Marilynn Ogden, Clarence Vetter, Dan Boyce, Donny Walz, Corey Thompson, Bill Sandsmark and Bonnie Abel.

Discussion ensued regarding wage negotiations.

It was moved by Commissioner Quirk second by Commissioner Ogden that the meeting be adjourned to December 20, 2004 at 5:00 P.M. for a closed meeting and then to 6:00 P.M. to meet with the union representatives.
