Minutes of a special meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota held October 26, 2004 at 7:00 P.M.

Present: Gregoire, Quirk, Ogden, Vetter

Absent : None

The union representatives met with the Commission to present their proposal for the upcoming contract negotiations.

The next meeting between the two parties was scheduled for 5:00 P.M. on November 3, 2004.

It was moved by Commissioner Quirk second by Commissioner Ogden that the meeting be adjourned.
