Minutes of a special meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota held July 15, 2004 at 5:00 P.M.

Present: Gregoire, Quirk, Ogden, Vetter

Absent : None

The Commission heard presentations from the two municipal power supply finalists: Minnesota Municipal Power Agency and Missouri River Energy Services.

It was moved by Commissioner Vetter second by Commissioner Ogden that the meeting be adjourned to July 20, 2004 at 5:00 P.M.
