Minutes of a special meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota held June 21, 2004 at 6:30 P.M.

Present: Gregoire, Quirk, Ogden, Vetter

Absent : None

The Commission heard from Dave Berg of RW Beck, Inc. on the power supply and municipal power agency Request for Proposal responses. By concurrence, the Commission accepted the recommendation to narrow the list of proposals under consideration to a short list of two.

It was moved by Commissioner Ogden second by Commissioner Vetter to approve holding a special meeting on July 15, 2004 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers to further discuss the municipal power agency Request for Proposals.

Voting Nay: None

It was moved by Commissioner Vetter second by Commissioner Ogden that the meeting be adjourned to July 6, 2004 at 5:00 P.M.
