Minutes of a special closed meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building Commission of the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota held June 4, 2003 at 6:00 P.M.

Present: Ogden, Gregoire, Quirk, Beauchamp

Absent : None

Also present were Dan Boyce and Ron Galstad. Discussion followed regarding negotiations with the Teamster’s union employees. Met with the Teamster’s representatives from 7:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.

It was moved by Commissioner Beauchamp second by Commissioner Gregoire that the meeting be adjourned to a closed strategy session on June 16, 2003 at 5:00 P.M. followed by a meeting with the Teamster’s at 7:00 P.M. and finally to the regular meeting on June 19. Another closed door meeting will be held on June 24, 2003 at 5:00 P.M. followed by negotiations at 7:00 P.M. with the union representatives.
