CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS LOT Greetings: This is the current information on the available lots in East Grand Forks that are for sale from the City. For maps of the city with lot information, please contact the EDHA office at 773-2371. This information includes lot sizes and prices. Lots that have been sold or are pending a sale are identified on each enlarged map. Special assessments are not listed on individual properties, but the parcel numbers are listed for the scattered lot sites and the neighborhood developments. (NOTE: some parcel number listings are on the back of the map). In the Greenway Crossing, all the infrastructure streets, water and sewer were done in 2005. An assessment will be done at that time. A phone call to the Clerk Treasurer's office at 773-2483 with the parcel number provided will give you current information on specials. A list of privately owned lots for sale including a contact name and telephone number is attached for your review.
